How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders will be processed within 72 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders received after 5pm EST will have its processing start the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation detailing the order. You will receive a separate email when the box(es) have been shipped. If you do not receive an email please check your spam/ junk folders or contact us for confirmation.
If you need help with your order please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $30/ box for all countries excluding the U.S. and Canada. Shipping within Canada and the U.S. is a flat rate of $15/ box. We have worked very closely with our shipping provider to provide the lowest possible shipping rates.
Can I track my purchase?
Yes, when your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
How much do the boxes weigh?
All boxes weigh 2.2 kg or less.
What countries can I send a Red Toque Canada Box to?
Red Toque Gift Box Company works with the Canada Postal Service (CPS). The CPS works with local postal services in many countries abroad. Red Toque Canada Boxes can be shipped to any country that the CPS currently works with and that do not have current disruptions to their postal services.

How long will my box take to ship?
Shipping times will vary depending on the region the box is being delivered to. Below are estimated delivery times per region. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic shipping times have been delayed. We are working our hardest to ensure your boxes still arrive in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding during this time.
North America: 3 – 5 business days
Latin America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
Asia Pacific: 10 – 20 business days
Australia/ New Zealand: 10 – 20 business days
Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Red Toque Canada boxes are not able to be shipped to PO boxes. Please ensure you have the full address of the recipient prior to ordering.
Can I ship to Canadian military bases abroad?
Yes, Red Toque Canada boxes can be shipped to Canadian military bases abroad as long as all of the correct information is included. This includes:
- rank, initials and name
- unit and section
- base address
Duties and Customs
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Red Toque Gift Box Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the individual receiving the box.
Am I able to get a refund or return my Red Toque Canada Box?
Due to the nature of the boxes all Red Toque Canada Boxes are final sale, non-refundable and not able to be returned. We want you to have the best experience possible though and are here to help. If you have received a box that contains items not originally included in your order or that have been damaged or defective prior to opening please contact us at [email protected] so we can discuss it with you in more detail.
Please take care to examine your package on the day it arrives, so that you can make us aware of any issues immediately. If you are able, please take pictures of the damaged product(s) to help us improve our shipping techniques.
Please also note that we are not responsible for products that have been melted or damaged by temperature and shipping. Please ensure that the package does not sit outside in the elements on your delivery day.
Why do the items in my box look different from what's on the website?
Manufacturers of food and drink products may change the “aesthetic” of their products at any time. This does not change the product itself but is simply a change in the packaging the product will come in. As a result, from time to time the pictures on the website may look different then the items sent in your box.
What if there is an item I cannot find?
While we try to stock a wide variety of tasty Canadian treats, if there is an item you can not find please contact us at [email protected] and let us know the item you are looking for and we will try our best to have it available.
What does "Out of Stock" mean?
We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times, however from time to time due to availability from the manufacturers certain items may not be available and will be marked “Out of Stock”.

Wounded Warriors Canada is a national mental health service provider utilizing clinical best practices and evidence-informed care to create an environment of compassion, resiliency and hope for Canada’s veterans, first responders and their families.

Red Toque Canada boxes were created as a way to send fun gifts to your friends and family. We know how important it is to include a personalized message as part of any gift and that is why we offer this as a complimentary option for each box.
